What Should Be Paid Attention To When Installing The Anchor Bolts

Anchor bolts: Also known as long anchor bolts, they are detachable anchor bolts used to fix heavy machinery and equipment with strong vibration and impact during work. This kind of anchor bolt is relatively long, or it is a double-ended form with a double-threaded thread. The movable anchor bolts are sometimes used together with each anchor. The anchor plate can be welded or cast with steel plates, and there are holes in the middle that pass through the bolts or prevent the bolts from rotating. The main points of laying movable anchor bolts are: no grouting in the bolt hole; double-headed type should be tightened; T-type should pay attention to the direction of the T-shape, and ensure that it forms a 90° angle with the rectangular hole of the anchor plate.
Bonding anchor bolts: An anchor bolt used in recent years, its method and requirements are basically the same as those of expansion anchor anchor bolts. When bonding, the debris in the hole should be blown clean, and there should be no damp feeling. The bonding method shall comply with the regulations of the bonding material.
Expansion anchor bolts: The distance from the center of the expansion anchor bolts to the edge of the foundation is not less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor bolts; when drilling, the drill bit should be prevented from colliding with the steel bars and buried pipes in the foundation; The strength of the foundation shall not be less than 10MPa; there shall be no cracks in the drilled hole; the diameter and depth of the drilled hole shall match the expansion anchor bolts.
Fixed anchor bolts: Also known as short anchor bolts, it is poured together with the foundation and used to fix equipment without strong vibration and impact. Its length is generally 100~1000mm, and the head is made into a fork shape, a ring shape, a hook shape, etc. to prevent the anchor bolt from rotating and pulling out. Fixed anchor bolts are divided into primary grouting and secondary grouting during installation. One-time grouting means pre-embedding the anchor bolts. The key is to locate the bolts accurately. The general positioning methods of pre-embedded anchor bolts include template positioning, welding and fixing with steel mesh separately, etc.
Pre-embedded anchor bolts: For the pre-embedded anchor bolts of important equipment, the installation unit should intervene in advance to avoid recurring problems. Secondary grouting is to reserve anchor bolt holes on the foundation in advance, and wear anchor bolts when installing equipment. Then pour the anchor bolts into the reserved holes.
Common quality problems of anchor bolts: the center position of the anchor bolt is out of tolerance: the elevation of the anchor bolt is out of tolerance (including high and low); the anchor bolt is loose in the foundation; the verticality of the anchor bolt and the horizontal plane is out of tolerance.
