BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
·More than 2 years of working experience in fastener procurement or sales.
·Able to integrate local customer resources and provide at least 2 cooperation customer cases.
·Familiarity with the local fastener wholesale and retail supply chain system.
·Strong communication and organizational skills.
·Have a deep understanding of local automotive policies and regulations, the dynamics of competitive products, and procurement cycles.
REQUIREMENTS
·Communicate with the China headquarters in a timely manner through weekly reports.
·Take responsibility for the performance KPI that is assigned by the headquarters.
DESIRED SKILLS
·1 fluent foreign language: English or Chinese
·Have basic technical understanding: be able to understand basic customer drawings / technical parameters.
